Bidvertiser is your typical pay-per-click ad publishing program. You sign up, get the html code, plop it on your blog, and get paid if someone clicks on those ads. What is supposed to set Bidvertiser apart is that advertisers bid on your ad space, and the highest bidders appear on your website. This is an interesting idea that adds a spin on the pay-per-click set-up. Unfortunately, the spin seems to be mostly for attracting publishers to Bidvertiser. I was using this service for over a month now for this blog without Google adSense and/or any other competitors. Throughout the whole month, I made a whopping $0.00 on an average of 20 page views. Now, I'm not saying this blog is the Huffington Post, but, according to Blogger, I definitely get more than 20 page views per month. Problem #2: Where was my bidding war? I saw nothing about advertisers bidding on my space, but then again, who wants o bid on a website that gets 20 hits a month?
After doing a search for other Bidvertiser reviews, I found that too many people had an issue with not getting paid after earning a substantial amount of money. Bidvertiser has an overall bad reputation, and I agree.
Pros: 1. Acceptance rate (they accept almost any website into their program)
Cons: 1. No pay and/or no revenue; 2. Website design (Bidvertiser.com is so loaded with words and stock photos that it's a pain to navigate)
